August 27,2015 Shanghai--The R&D center of leadgo-tech recently developed a new type of release fabric，and get through tests. With new materials and manufacture crafts, the end use performance of R60S is better than the corresponding products in the domestic and foreign markets, and also diversifies our products.

  This release fabric is with excellent drapability property and easy to be torn from the surface of composites. With low Daniel nylon filament, the structure of the fabric is very dense, which leaves the surface of the composites very smooth and less residual resin on the fabric.

  R60S release fabric is applicable to epoxy resin, BMI resin and so on, the end use temperature can reach 205℃, so it’s suit for most of current autoclave and scrimp crafts, and meet the requirement of the production of wind power blades and aerospace products.

  After being strictly tested, the best material and production craft are selected, so as to produce the best product with excellent performance.
