Leadgo-tech launch small width breathers

Leadgo-tech has newly introduced a slitting machine to cut breathers into small widths. This cutting machine is controlled by microcomputer. It is functioned with automatic deviation correction, counting, tension controller and other advanced configurations. It has outstanding advantages including mechanical and electronic integration, high precision, and uniform winding.
The breather has a uniform tension during the slitting process. The cutting knife is made of tungsten steel. The breather is trimmed neatly without burrs. Its width tolerance can be controlled within 1mm.
Our company can provide small-width breathers as shown in Pic 1. The physical performances are demonstrated as in Table 1
